The club and various members are involved in various National competitions.
The Club is playing in Area 9 of the "Club Two Fours" and also Area 9 of the "Top Club" competition. They had a bye in the preliminary round of the "Club Two Fours" and will be playing their first round match at home v Civil Service on Thursday May 21st. They also had a bye in the preliminary round of the "Top Club" and will play their first round match in this competition, also at home, against Milton Regis on Friday May 22nd.
Michael Day has entered the National "Over 55 Singles" and there are two pairs in the "Over 55's Pairs", Graham Lock with Keith Hysted and Michael Day with Roger Howell. Geoff Gough is in the "Champion of Champions".
Michael is in Area 9 of the singles and has a match against a bowler from Tunbridge Wells in the Preliminary Round.
The pairs are also in Area 9; Michael had a bye in the Preliminary Round and is due to play a pair from Holmsdale in the First Round. Graham beat a pair from Westerham, 24 - 8 in the Preliminary Round.
Geoff is in Area 18 of the "Champion of Champions". He had a bye in the Preliminary Round and is now due to play a bowler from Queenborough.
