All members should now have a copy of the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting which will be held at the clubhouse on Monday 8th December 2008 at 7:30pm.
It is important to note that Appendix A and Appendix B are to be voted on for implementation at the AGM in 2009. In other words for the outdoor season 2009 the club will operate with the present arrangement of officers. At next years AGM officers will be elected under the new arrangements if these are approved at this year's AGM.
Coversely, Appendix C Option 1, Appendix C Option 2 or the staus quo will be effective immediately.
