Qualifying Round End Dates and Finals Day
The draw sheets will indicate when the rounds of each
competition should be played by. Please ensure that
you have played your match before the date indicated.
Do not leave it to the last minute to play your match
as you may find difficulty agreeing a date with your
opponent or finding green space. In exceptional circumstances
extensions will be given but only at the discretion
of the Competition Secretary and (usually) only when
a date to play the match has been agreed.
In all other instances, nomal KCBA/KCWBA rules will
apply, eg…If the challenger’s opponent cannot accept
any of the dates offered by the challenger, then the
challenger goes through to the next round.
Competition Finals
The Finals Day is Sunday 24th August 2008. However, where
players are involved in 2 or more finals, some games may
be played on Monday 25th August. If you enter the club
competitions – and we hope you will – please ensure you
are available to play on these dates.
